Tarpley & Underwood has also established a formal evaluation process to effectively review the services provided to our clients and to monitor our clients’ satisfaction with our work. This process is called Client Opportunity Development Evaluation, or C.O.D.E. Through C.O.D.E., we bring together professionals from all departments and levels that have been involved with the client to continually monitor our performance. This process also helps us to identify ways that we can continually improve our work and any additional service that could benefit our clients. This cross-disciplined approach has identified opportunities that are then communicated to clients early in their planning cycle.
