Of the many ERISA audits Tarpley & Underwood performs annually, Lee specifically manages the majority of these. His client engagements include companies in manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, construction, and service. He specializes in ERISA audits. Lee is also heavily involved in the business community with the Georgia Society of CPA’s Leadership Academy and the GSCPA’s North Perimeter Chapter as chapter secretary. He is also a member of Worldwide Employee Benefits (WEB), American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), and the Southern Employee Benefits Conference.
Lee received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College. After spending 15 years in private business, including seven years in a family run business, he received his Master of Business Administration degree in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University. Upon graduation from business school, Lee was admitted to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
Lee and his wife, Rhonda, have two children. Lee is an active member of his homeowners association in his Marietta neighborhood. In addition, Lee has coached various youth baseball, basketball and soccer teams for his children. When he’s not coaching, he’s playing; Lee is an avid tennis player. |
