Of the many ERISA audits Tarpley & Underwood performs annually, Lee specifically manages the majority. His client engagements include companies in manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, construction, and service. He specializes in 401(k) audits. Lee received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College. After spending 15 years in private business, including seven years in a family run business, he received his Master of Business Administration degree in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University. Upon graduation from business school, Lee was admitted to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
Lee and his wife, Rhonda, have two children. Lee is an active member of his homeowners association in his Alpharetta neighborhood, serving as Chairman of the Financial Committee. In addition, Lee coaches various youth baseball, basketball and soccer teams for his children. When he’s not coaching, he’s playing; Lee is an avid tennis player. |
