In his more than 30 years of professional experience in public accounting Bob has worked with both closely held and public companies. Client engagements include companies in manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, non-profit, food service, real estate, software development and computer services, as well as audits of employee benefit plans. Bob has served as chairman on the Peer Review Committee of the GSCPA and served on the Peer Review Board of the AICPA and the Executive Committee of the AICPA’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the GSCPA.  Bob is a graduate of Leadership DeKalb and served on the Board of Directors of the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and, for three years was Vice Chairman of the DeKalb Convention and Visitors Bureau. Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University. After serving two years as an officer in the United States Army, he returned to Auburn and received his Master of Business Administration degree.

Bob is active in Kiwanis. He served as President of the Northside Atlanta club, and as Lt. Governor of Division 1 of the Georgia District of Kiwanis. He served as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamblee/ Doraville Ministry Center and has served on the Board of the DeKalb Unit of the American Cancer Society. Bob is an active Deacon in Johns Creek Baptist Church and a member of Dunwoody Country Club. He and his wife Cecelia, who is an elementary school teacher in DeKalb County, have two daughters and one granddaughter.
