Tarpley & Underwood is cognizant of the challenges that both women and men face concerning a work and home life balance.  Therefore, we have developed a program over the past several years to cater to the needs of our employees. The program includes:

  • Flexible work arrangements, including working from home one or more days a week
    (17+% of our employees formally utilize this now)
  • Many employees work nonstandard hours in the office (i.e., 7am – 3pm)
  • T&U Corps program for employees who are considered permanent employees but work
    only 1,000 hours per year

  • Technology within the firm that facilitates working from home
